Heaven "as far as a domain or place" has remained like a belief.
Meaning, some people think or feel like they are experiencing Heaven on Earth right now.
Others think they are experiencing Hell - Here and Now.
And still Others think that neither is here on Earth,-
THAT HEAVEN AND HELL IS NON PHYSICAL
they think they will experience Heaven or Hell after they die.
AND IN REGARD TO BELIEF - IN A WAY EVERYONE IS RIGHT

But "up to now" we begin to see that instead of an actual place and/or space.
It been more about - OUR BELIEFS - our place and space - OUR ATTITUDE AND DISPOSITION.
WHICH MEANS, A POLITICAL STRUCTURE THAT SUPPORTS HEAVEN ON EARTH HAS NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED
CONTINUING
What is Tangable and/or Intangible - real or unreal - do both exist ! ?
The first thing is that, - whatever it is - whatever you call or how you define it -
IT'S ALL A PRODUCT OF CONSCIOUSNESS
Materially and Spiritually, Consciousness is central to our Conceptions and Awareness.
IE: It's synonymous with our understanding of existence --
Again, there is no such thing as anything "including God" outside Consciousness.
If there were, it would not be relevant to us.
In short, as long as we were conscious of it, -
our conceptions of Heaven could exist in any dimension.
Meaning, Any Domain "like our conceptions of Heaven on Earth"
would be a product of how we were conscious of it.
CREATING A POLITICAL STRUCTURE THAT SUPPORTS THAT WAY OF BEING CONSCIOUS IS A FIRST STEP
MATERALIZING IT AS OUR REALITY CHANGES EVERYTHING
CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE KEY - WHICH MEANS -
IF WE BECOME CONSCIOUS OF IT
HEAVEN ON EARTH COULD EXIST -- HERE AND NOW AS OUR REALITY --
AND MAY INCLUDE BOTH PHYSICAL AND NON PHYSICAL ELEMENTS
WHICH ALSO MEANS - TIME WOULD TAKE ON ANOTHER DIMENSION

In Short, It comes down to how we are conscious - OR/AND -
OUR ROLE AS KEYS THAT UNLOCK THE DOORS OF REALITY
WE ARE THE KEY
