Paid in full as an act of transfering rights to who lives at this location -
After they passed on, heirs of theirs continued to take up this space.
To satisfy the protocals of this reality written documents were made to seal the deal -
Turning rights and priveleges over to them.
To begin the transfer from this reality we burn this paper as a sign of the vaporizing of the previous reality
